Dorien Garry Studio ceramics are handmade, and no two pieces are alike. Each individual piece has its own character and finish, including minor imperfections from the firing and production process, speckles, marks, bumps and texture irregularities. These variations are part of the beauty of a handmade object.

shipping

We ship to USA and Canada only. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and zip code. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking number information from us upon shipment. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number if there are issues with receiving your package.

We carefully pack and ship every order. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement from us or a carrier insurance refund. Beyond this time frame we are not able to help with damaged orders.

payment

Checkout payment is handled securely by Stripe. We do not have access to view or store your credit card information.

privacy

We will not share your email address or use it to contact you for anything other than information about your order.

Returns

Dorien Garry Studio does not accept returns.

Ceramics Care

Please hand wash only, ceramics are not dishwasher-safe.
